About the A.K. Legacy Foundation's WNB Program

We started our nonprofit organization, 

The A.K. Legacy Foundation, in 2018, with a clear mission: 

to empower women through financial literacy and business entrepreneurship. We recognized a gap—too many women with brilliant ideas lacked access to the financial knowledge and support needed to turn those ideas into thriving businesses. 

(Hence: Women-N-Business {WNB} is our signature program)

Driven by passion and purpose, we came together to create a space where women can gain the tools, resources, and confidence to take control of their financial futures. Through workshops, mentorship, and community support, we help women not only understand money but also build and grow their own businesses with purpose and power.

This is more than education—

it’s a movement to uplift, inspire, and drive lasting change.
